What is FarmFlow?
FarmFlow Desktop is an offline-first ERP dedicated to 3D printer farms. Manages production, warehouse, costs, sales and printer fleet - no cloud, no subscriptions.
Does FarmFlow require internet?
NO. FarmFlow works 100% offline. The SQLite database is local. The Internet is only optionally needed to integrate the marketplace (Allegro, eBay) and download NBP currency rates.
What system does it run on?
Windows 10/11 (64-bit). The application is built on Tauri 2 (Rust + WebView2). The NSIS installer weighs ~20 MB.
How many printers can I manage?
No limit. The Enterprise license does not limit the number of printers, users or modules.
License & Payments
What is the pricing model?
One-time fee (CAPEX). No subscriptions, no monthly fees. You pay once - you use it for life. Updates included in the price for 12 months.
Can I test before purchasing?
Yes. We offer a demo version with sample data. Get in touch for access.
What does technical support include?
12 months of email support + updates. After this period, the application continues to work, but new versions require renewal of support.
Technical
What does data backup look like?
The Backup module in Settings allows you to export the entire SQLite database to a file. You can also manually copy the file from %APPDATA%\com.farmflow.desktop\.
Can I import data from Excel?
Yes. Each module has an Import button with column mapping. Supported formats: XLSX, XLS. Export to Excel is available everywhere.
What printers are supported in monitoring?
All printers with OctoPrint, Klipper/Moonraker or Bambu Lab (MQTT). LAN communication - without the manufacturer's cloud.
Does FarmFlow integrate with KSeF?
Yes. The Documents module generates invoices in accordance with the FA(2)/FA(3) scheme and sends them to the National e-Invoice System. Supports offline queue with retry.
