1. Data administrator
The administrator of personal data is FarmFlow (hereinafter "we", "us"). Contact: kontakt@farm-flow.org.
2. What data do we collect?
FarmFlow Desktop is an application 100% offline. We do not collect, store or transmit any data from the desktop application to our servers.
At farm-flow.org we can collect:
- Email address (contact form, download form)
- Name and surname / company name (contact form)
- Technical data (IP, user-agent) - IONOS server logs
3. Purpose of processing
- Fulfillment of orders and delivery of licenses
- Technical support
- Marketing communications (only with consent)
4. Legal basis
Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR (performance of the contract), Art. 6 section 1 letter a (consent), art. 6 section 1 letter f (legitimate interest).
5. Storage period
We store the data for the duration of the license agreement + 5 years (tax obligations). Marketing data - until you withdraw your consent.
6. User rights
You have the right to: access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, transfer of data, objection. Contact: kontakt@farm-flow.org.
7. Desktop Application
FarmFlow Desktop does not send any data to the Internet. The SQLite database is stored locally in %APPDATA%. Optional integrations (marketplace, couriers) connect directly to the API of these services - not through our servers.
8. Cookies
The farm-flow.org website does not use tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or other trackers.
