FarmFlow Desktop Enterprise License Agreement (EULA)
1. Definitions
"Software" - FarmFlow Desktop as delivered to the Licensee.
"Licensee" — the natural or legal person who has acquired the license.
"Licensor" —FarmFlow.
2. Grant of license
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the Software for unlimited number of positions within one organization.
3. Limitations
- Decompilation, reverse engineering and modification of the source code is prohibited
- Sublicensing and resale prohibited
- It is forbidden to make the installer available to third parties
- Prohibition on removing license markings
4. Updates
License includes 12 months free updates from the date of purchase. After this period, the Software continues to function, but new versions require a renewal of the support package.
5. Technical support
Email support during business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00 CET). Response time: up to 48 hours. Support includes assistance with installation, configuration and technical troubleshooting.
6. Warranty
The software is delivered "as is". The Licensor guarantees that the Software will operate in accordance with the documentation for 12 months from purchase. In case of significant defects - repair or replacement.
7. Responsibility
The licensor is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data. Maximum liability limited to the amount paid for the license.
8. Data and privacy
The software works 100% offline. No user data is transferred to the Licensor. Details: Privacy Policy.
9. Termination of the contract
The license terminates automatically if you violate the terms. The Licensee may terminate the agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software.
10. Applicable law
The contract is subject to Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Licensor's registered office.
